Seasonal Maintenance Technician

MC&R Pools Inc. is a well-established company in Sioux Falls, SD, specializing in aquatic construction, design and service since 1975. We are currently hiring for seasonal positions for the 2026 service and maintenance season.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Applicants will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of basic pool chemistry to maintain safe and balanced water conditions.

  • Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 – 60 pounds.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
